Every year 2 million young people enter the workforce where labour migration is an opportunity but lack of education & skills increases their vulnerability and chances of exploitation
The highest migration cost and lowest wages of the Cameroon migrant workers is one of the major challenge, along with lack of information on migration opportunities and risks, exploitation and abuse makes the potential migrants, to seek support through informal and risky channels and increase the chance of trafficking.
Promoting safe, regular and responsible migration at every step and ensuring migrants know their rights and how to exercise them. Training and engaging volunteers, counsellors and para-counsellors to raise awareness on migration and reintegration issue. Providing financial aid, skills development to avail decent work and support reintegration upon return.

Since 2006, providing service to 3.5 million people 33 districts of Cameroon
BDT 74,818,262 recovered through social arbitration including death benefits
937,000 potential migrants were given information on safe migration, reintegration issue

Pre-migration
